Recent projects:

2020 National Benefit: Produced IJM’s first virtual benefit, ensuring the logistics of mailed packages and live and pre-recorded programming over the course of 3 evenings across the US. The virtual event bridged two event platforms and ultimately raised over $2.4M, the most in the history of IJM benefits.

2020 National Leadership Gathering: Managed all communication with the design agency and all aspects of the event production including branding, smooth production of the programming and experience packages. This unique event gathered 250+ of IJM’s champion volunteers in one afternoon, and included two workshop series that allowed attendees to engage with key leadership across the global organization.

2021 Venture Council Dinners: Planned all aspects for a series of small in-person dinner parties at the homes of IJM’s Venture Council members across the cities of San Francisco, Dallas, and DC. The Venture Council families are IJM’s highest-level, champion major donors. These dinners were intimate gatherings of the Venture Council members alongside strategic IJM Leaders that existed to build community with one another, nurture connection to IJM’s vision, and cultivate excitement for their upcoming trip to Guatemala.
Virtual Reality Experience: Partnered with Istoria Collective to manage the build of the Virtual Reality experience. I am now the keeper of the VR Experience, which includes guiding the reservation process and providing all the operational info for project teams. More info on the VR experience film is below.
The Hidden VR Experience is a virtual reality documentary that brings viewers on a modern slavery rescue operation.
The Hidden trailer: https://vimeo.com/267284557
-
IJM’s first virtual reality film. A groundbreaking innovative experience, The Hidden, premiered at 2018 Tribeca Film Festival, and was a featured selection for 2018 Mountain Film Festival and 2018 AFI Docs.
-
About The Hidden: There are currently more people living in slavery than at any other time in human history. One such family has been enslaved in a rock quarry in southern India for 10 years—over a paltry debt of $70 USD. Indian government representatives, supported by the human rights group International Justice Mission, plot a daring raid to free the family.

Merchandise: Developed a sustainable merchandise program with an e-store platform. I now manage the operations of the new merch e-store platform, serving as the go-to for all merch needs and questions, connecting teams to vendors, communicating all processes, overseeing the Merchandise SharePoint site, tracking inventory, and holding all merch vendor relationships.

Texans House, produced by NFL On Location Experiences in partnership with the Houston Texans, served as the official hospitality venue for Super Bowl LI from Feb. 2-4 providing premier, high-end food and drinks, live music, personalized experiences and unparalleled access to top amenities and entertainment beyond game day. Texans House was home to partners, families, friends, players, coaches, media and counterparts from around the NFL.

HOUSTON TEXANS
LSSE EVENTS COORDINATOR
April 2015 - June 2016
The AdvoCare V100 Texas Bowl is owned by ESPN and operated by ESPN and staff at the Houston Texans. The Bowl is a college football matchup between the Big 12 and the SEC. The 2015 matchup featured Texas Tech vs LSU.
As the Events Coordinator, I managed all aspects of "Bowl Week" events including Rodeo Bowl, Chairman’s Reception, Team Luncheon, Pep Rally, Spouses Breakfast and player family outings among others. I also managed the year-round partnership with DePelchin Children's Center as the Bowl's official charitable beneficiary. (DePelchin Children’s Center is the leading center in Texas for children’s well-being, with a focus on mental health, foster care and adoption services.) I oversaw the Bowl's promotional, merchandising and premium gift programs including player gifting, as well as the creation and distribution of game day programs and digital fan guides.
Outside of bowl week, I planned and executed all aspects of the 2015 Gridiron Legends Golf Tournament, including securing sponsorships and renewals, which generated a revenue of over $100,000. I also planned and executed the 2015 and 2016 College Football Insider Luncheons. The 2015 Insider Luncheon featured Holly Rowe of ESPN as the emcee and Commissioner Greg Sankey of the Southeastern Conference as the keynote speaker. The 2016 Insider Luncheon featured a star-studded group of local celebrities and former college football stars headlined by University of Houston Head Football Coach, Tom Herman. These events, created in partnership with ESPN and anchored by the SEC and Big 12 Conferences, put a tremendous spotlight on Houston to millions watching on ESPN annually. They also provided a behind-the-scenes perspective and gathered passionate college football fans and key decision makers to help contribute towards the charity, ticket package and sponsorship sales efforts. Additional events I planned and executed include DePelchin Field Days (family combine events in the Houston Texans Training Center), Career Fairs and check presentation ceremonies among others.

During college football season, I worked with sports information directors at the Big 12 and SEC Conferences to coordinate staff, board and committee travel to football games. I also traveled to Big 12 and SEC Conference games to serve as the Bowl representative as well.

Last but not least, I oversaw the Board of Directors, committee and volunteer activities, and supported the Houston Texans Foundation for all charity events such as Team Luncheons, Running of the Bulls 5k, Taste of the Texans and Houston Texans Training Camp activities.
